Free Bible Study – “Embracing Hope”
Are you afraid to hope? Have disappointments so outweighed satisfaction in your life that you no longer look forward to tomorrow with any anticipation of good?
I’m sorry. I hate that there are circumstances that make us feel that way. And I am going to step out on a limb here and say that many, many people do feel that way. I also want to say that many people live within very similar circumstances and manage to still hold hands with hope.
There are people who have suffered deep and disturbing losses and yet they look at the possibilities of the next day with joy and with curiosity as to what will be experienced. There are others who haven’t lost nearly as much, but their day to day weariness has placed them in a state of dread at the thought of waking up the next morning.
Could it be that hope is less about our circumstances, or what we’ve endured, than it is about how we are equipped to look at our days and our purpose within them? What does it take to be equipped to walk in hope?
Let’s look at what the Word of God says. Click the image below to open the “Embracing Hope” Bible study.
