Last month we had visitors from Florida brighten our space.
This was one of my favorite parts:
While they were here the boys went on a little bike ride and Aron got to ride the tandem bike for the first time. He could barely reach the peddles at all, but he felt big and that makes up for a lot. He later asked me when he could ride the “random” bike again. His serious expressions when he makes those little vocabulary errors makes them that much more fun. Love this kid (and his fearless guide):

Thank you Florida family for spending time with us. We loved it. I’m sorry we were so busy, but it was a crazy month. Had I spoken to you first I would have told you it was a bad time to come…had I spoken to you first I would have missed a lot. In hindsight it was the perfect time, I needed that visit and I appreciated the peace and warmth you brought with you. Love each of you very much.
Wish we could have come to visit with the others! Those leaves – they are amazing! Can’t wait to see you all at Christmas. Owen is almost as tall as Kris!
I wish you could have been here too. Hopefully you guys will be able to get up here again one of these days. Looking forward to our visit your direction too.
We loved it; its always awesome to visit all of you! Next time I hope we can bring Kev and Jess too and we can all be together – but having you come at Christmas will be great – we can all be together then. Can’t wait!
I think the visit was perfect. Even though you felt like were busy, it didn’t feel like it took anything away from being able to spend time with each other. It was great! Thanks so much for having us. Every time we go up there we are spoiled by your hospitality, kindness, and yummy food. So glad you enjoyed the visit too!
