The Button Family arrived safely last night though their travel was hampered by rain and traffic tie ups. Chloe was excited and very informative about whatever might pop into her adorable little head. Halle was bright eyed and smiled beautifully and Amanda observed with laughter and rolled eyes according to the nature of the conversation and the ridicule it deserved.
Travis, Amy, Kris and the girls all slept in, and Owen and I were up at 6:00. Actually Owen was up before that but I didn’t hear him until 6:00. All the doors were closed so I wasn’t able to catch each whimper as I normally do. The two of us early birds went downstairs for a light breakfast and then we got ourselves cleaned up and Owen watched Baby Beethoven while I started in on snacks for the Arbonne class.
The class is at 2:00 so I have plenty of time. However, with guests in the house I wanted to get it all ready to just put out at 1:45 or so, and that way I have the remaining part of the morning and early afternoon to hang out and socialize. My plan is going well so far. The only thing left to do is cut up some apples and wash some grapes.
I’m looking forward to the rest of our weekend and will report on all that happens as I have time. I can tell you can’t wait!
