That looks sooooo good. My friend Holli taught me how to do the whole corn freezing thing a few years ago, and I love love love having sweet corn all year round. I don’t have any right now but perhaps I will buy some at a farmer’s vegetable stand soon, as they are all starting to harvest. Next year when you start canning things I’d really like to come help so that I can learn how. Someday I’d love to be able to have a little shelf in my garage or pantry or basement or wherever full of canned vegetables and jellies and salsas. It’s always been a small dream of mine. 🙂
