I don’t want the quilt in my bedroom. I’d rather have it downstairs…we’ll have to battle it out when we can actually afford to renovate that room.

Yeah, before the whole third child thing came into play, I envisioned creating a craft/sewing room out of the guest bedroom. I soon realized, though, that it would be better to do something like that in a more central part of the house so I could keep an eye on the children. The upstairs landing/ bonus room, or the downstairs formal living room would be great for you in that regard. I’m sure you and Kris will hash it out. One of the back spare bedrooms for his office would certainly give him the “cave” feel of his old office since they’re more remote.
