It’s true. There isn’t much here today. I’m not cooking much this week because there are several things going that will have us out of the house in the evenings. Never the less, here is what we will be eating.
Monday – Left-Overs (There are three breasts of chicken all cooked up and ready for something, some potatoes and sweet potatoes, some lettuce and carrots and a couple servings of chicken and vegetable soup.)
Tuesday – Ministry Dinner at church (They always serve lasagna. Always.)
Wednesday – Sandwiches (simple after school and before church meal)
Thursday – Homemade Pizza (thawing some dough I made last week and pulling out some meats and cheeses for another quick and simple dinner before the Elementary Awards Event at the boy’s school)
Friday – Family Fun Night (eating out, playing games, shopping & a lot of laughs are on the agenda)
Saturday – Hot Dogs (because I’ll be on my own with the boys that night and we’re going to play camp-out)
Sunday – Snacky Dinner (meatballs, fruit and cheeses…things you can eat with a toothpick, this is mainly for our life-group meal right after church, but I am guessing we’ll eat much like this the rest of the day. Sundays are fun like that.)
They *still* serve lasagna?!? I wonder what would happen if Sam’s Club ever ran out? At least it’s not as horrible as say, the “hamburgers” that are served at the Nashville Sounds’ stadium. The memories of those make me shudder.
