Two sisters called Precious and Polly,
Were as fat as their smiles were jolly,
But of late they’ve gown thin,

That’s it, isn’t it? Balance between health and not depriving oneself of things in life! I’m a few pounds heavier than I was years ago, and do need to keep it in check. But, I like to think that the Tisra who enjoys chocolate is a better person to be around! 🙂
As some of our health-nut gym-rat friends would say, “Food is fuel, not fun.” But I disagree. 🙂
Michelle- *GASP*! That makes me sad! Important to remember, but not an exclusive rule to live by.
