I don’t have any of my usual accessories in terms of software to use on my pictures while I am here so I used Microsoft Paint to resize and rotate this photo. The quality suffers and I can’t do much else with the photo so I’m only editing one. The rest will have to wait until I get home.
I took hundreds of pictures yesterday and enjoyed it so much. From shadows on the lawn to chickadees nesting in the hollow of a pear tree in bloom. I caught tears and laughter along with a little whimsy and wistfulness. Baby calves, bright blossoms, little boys and twisting trees…it was a full day for the camera.
Today was also full, but I left the camera at the house. I had lunch with my cousin Mia, enjoyed a couple hours in the afternoon at my cousin Roxanne’s and then spent some time at Reubmommy’s again. We were all exhausted when we got home and I didn’t have to coax the boys to go to bed at all. Owen pulled himself off the couch and told me he was going to bed without any encouragement from me. Ivan was already there curled up on on his side of the pull out couch in the den.
We will head back to Tennessee on Thursday and I look forward to being home again. It is wonderful here but I miss my Kris.
Where was that picture taken? I don’t recognize the blue doors.
Awwwww…..they really favor each other, don’t they? Aron is looking more and more like Owen (I think)! Looking forward to seeing all the other pics. 🙂
Tisra
love this picture! I hope i get to see them all.
Those faces crack me up! I can’t wait to see the rest of what captured you. Or what you captured. Whichever.
How sweet! I agree that Aron is looking more and more like his big brothers. I’m sure Kris will be glad to have you guys back as well.
Kristy – Grange hall across from the “church park”.
Great picture. Those boys are so expressive!
