Not a Good Start

The continuous rolling thunder was not a good start for the day. It woke me up and then lulled me back to sleep only to wake me up again. Soon the boys were awake, the alarm was going off and the darkness was completely oblivious to it all which made it very difficult to pull the blankets away.

I have not blogged in a while. I am not trying to prove any point or induce questions…I just haven’t been able to do it. Suddenly, I am busy. I’ve been active, I’ve been playing catch up, but suddenly all that changed to busy and I’m not very happy about it. I am tempted to believe it’s more of a mindset than circumstantial but I don’t have any real proof. I want to go to Bible study this morning but I don’t want to take three little boys out in the rain…however, I need to mail some stuff TODAY and I have to take them out anyway…so why not just head on over to church as well? I guess I will. I just talked myself into that didn’t I?

That means I need to go get ready right now. We’ll talk later.

  1. You don’t have to leave your house to mail stuff anymore. you can do it all from the computer. USPS.com . . . Print mailing labels complete with postage. This is how I mail all of my packages these days. It’s heavenly. Not trying to keep you from bible study, just trying to save you from the added errands in the rain 🙂

  2. The thunder woke me up this morning as well- and Chloe around 4am. *Sigh* It rarely woke me up when I lived in FL but Chloe is terrified of it.

  3. Thanks, Amber! I keep meaning to check into that!

Praying the day gets better for you, I’m certain you’ll be glad that you went out for your Bible study.
