It’s just beautiful outside. There is a crispness in the air that is very comfortable when mixed with the sunshine on this clear day. Owen and I went out for a bike ride this morning. It was so nice. I didn’t ride as much as I’d hoped because it’s been so long that I got tired a lot quicker than I thought I would. Owen held up pretty well…of course he’s just riding along behind me in his little trailer. He doesn’t really like it but doesn’t fuss too much as long as we keep moving.
This time of year I always wish I lived somewhere where I could have a bonfire. I’m quite sure that it would be frowned upon in our little neighborhood.
We are planning to go to Fall Creek Falls this month. I’m really looking forward to that too. Hiking in the trees during a very pretty time of year will be wonderful. The cool air will be perfect. The very first time we went it actually snowed on us but because of the work-out we were getting, it felt great.
I’d better get busy. Owen is napping so I am going to take advantage of some good house-cleaning time!
